At the non-profit kindergarten Žilvitis, we believe every child is unique, curious, and full of potential. Our inclusive approach creates a welcoming environment where children from diverse social, cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds learn, play, and grow together. Through play, creativity, STEAM activities, drama, and hands-on learning, we encourage children to explore the world, express themselves, and build confidence.
Your tasks:
🌱 Support teachers in activities for children aged 1.5–7.
🎨 Organize creative and STEAM-based activities.
🧩 Play educational games and take part in daily learning.
🌍 Share your language and culture through songs, stories, and fun activities.
💻 Introduce children to simple digital and IT activities.
✨ Help create an inspiring, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

💶 Monthly food and pocket money (approximately €280).

🌱 Monthly mentor meetings for guidance and support.
📚 On-arrival and Mid-Term Training provided by the ESC programme.
🌐 Online language learning through the EU Academy.

📢 Opportunities to help organize and promote volunteering and solidarity initiatives.
