The volunteer will work with youngster with "Corum Saint-Jean", in a youth residence located in Clermont-Ferrand (Auvergne, France). Beitrag zu Unterbringung, Verpflegung und Reisekosten
The volunteer will live in a shared apartment with other volunteers in Clermont-Ferrand. He/she will have a furnished room. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, 2WC and a living room; it is equipped and furnished to ensure a comfortable stay (washing machine, internet connection, etc.). Accommodation, services and expenses are 100% covered by Concordia. Financial support will be provided to cover expenses for food (9€ per day). Apart from that, the volunteer will receive pocket money (8€ per day).
Fortbildung im Rahmen der Tätigkeit
The volunteer will take part in two trainings organized by the National Agency: one at the arrival and another one in mid-term. During 3 to 5 days, this will give you the opportunity to meet other volunteers and to have a support for your volunteering project (introduction to the Program and French culture).
Teilnehmerprofil
We are searching for an active and motivated person with the following qualities: - Interest for environmental issues - Interest to work with yougsters and with an animation team - Adaptation, to be communicative and willing to approach different audiences - Convinced by non-formal education principles and benefits - Speak English and/or French and interested to learn French - Motivated to become a facilitator for European projects, international work camps and to co-lead a group of international volunteers
