Of course this transport will be covered, as the local transport between the accommodation and the office of IBG.

Training during the activity

As part as your experience you will have the opportunity to participate in various trainings, allowing you to develop skills that will not only be valuable for your ESC journey, but also for your future career. Beside of the standard on-arrival-training and mid-term-evaluation for ESC volunteers, IBG also offers additional training opportunities. In addition, the IBG team will provide introductions to different topics and organisational aspects.

Participant profile

We aim to start at the beginning of October. If you are interested, we can arrange a trial period during a Workcamp in September/October 2026, during which we will get in touch with the role of a Campleader and IBG.

  • Interest and knowledge in nature conservation and/or in environmental education
  • B-level in English and German
  • A drivers’ license valid in Germany and willingness to drive
