Do you speak Instagram, TikTok and Reels better than any actual language? Come and run ours. EVEC Athens teaches young people green and digital skills. Our biggest project turns microgreens into a real business opportunity for people with no land and no money to start. Your job is to make Greece notice. For 6 months you will run @evecathens and @evec.microgreens on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok: planning content, filming, editing, growing the audience and building a community around a project that is literally growing on our shelves. You live in a fully equipped 100 m² apartment in Zografou, a safe green student neighbourhood. Three bedrooms shared with other volunteers, plus kitchen, bathroom and living room. Our office, two university campuses, 24/7 supermarkets and a twice-weekly farmers' market are all within walking distance. You receive €420 per month for food and pocket money. Formação durante a atividade

You get the official European Solidarity Corps on-arrival and mid-term training, plus a free online language course. Inside EVEC you will be trained in content strategy, short-form video, community management and analytics — and you will learn to grow microgreens yourself, because you cannot tell a story you have never lived. You get a mentor for personal support and a coordinator for your tasks, with weekly feedback sessions. At the end you receive a Youthpass certificate documenting everything you learned.

Perfil do participante

You are 18–30 and legally resident in an ESC programme country. You live on social media and you create, not just scroll. You know your way around Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, and you can shoot and edit a Reel on your phone without panicking. CapCut, Canva or something similar is already on your phone. You speak enough English to work with us. Greek is not required — you will pick some up anyway. You are curious about sustainability, food and entrepreneurship. You do not need to know anything about microgreens; we will teach you that. You do need to find it interesting. Big plus: if you already run social media profiles with a real following — your own or ones you have managed — send them to us. That is your portfolio, and it counts for more than any diploma.
