„Winter activities with young people“– Berlin 08. December 2026 – 23. December 2026

We are seeking participants from Serbia, Finland, Romania and Germany for ESC volunteering project. Apply to be part of our team that will offer activities for young people and families in the coming holiday events and Christmas markets. Through it, you will be able to be creative and implement different, small-scale activities with youngsters in public spaces. If you are crafty, like to work with youngsters, not afraid of winter and is able to speak basic German, you are more than welcome to apply. Do you thrive in diverse and dynamic environments? Διαμονή, διατροφή και έξοδα μετακίνησης

The team members will be accommodated in the hostel in the city of Berlin. The hostel has good underground transport connections to the city and to the venues. It is in a beautiful area of Kaulsdorf. During the project, the food will be organised by hostel, team or individually. During the stay, volunteers will be provided with adequate public transport tickets.

Κατάρτιση κατά τη δραστηριότητα

Upon arrival at the ESC teams project, adequate team training with personal focus will be provided to the volunteers upon arrival. You will join the group and work with other youngsters, guided by youth leaders in planning, preparing, implementing, and evaluating the activities.

Προφίλ συμμετέχοντος

We are looking for motivated volunteers, able to adapt to different tasks, cultures, situations and to work in a team but also independently, with good logical, social and mathematical skills. The volunteer should be a person with an interest and skills in creativity, food preparation, handicrafts, pedagogy and work with youth, photography, and free time activities of youth. Most of the activities are planned and organised in the mornings, while the implementation of open days will be outside and mostly in the late afternoon hours. Good skills in English are required, and at least basic skills in German.
