Descrição

Green Minds Together is a European Solidarity Corps initiative empowering young people through inclusive, sustainable and innovative activities, aligned with the EU Youth Strategy and UN Sustainable Development Goals. The project promotes employability, active citizenship, environmental responsibility and digital skills through international cooperation. It supports marginalised youth through non-formal education and skills development, encourages civic participation and youth-led initiatives, promotes climate action, recycling and community greening, and strengthens digital literacy, storytelling and communication. In Vietnam, GMT aims to equip young people with the skills and knowledge to thrive in a diverse, interconnected world. Activities focus on education, employment, entrepreneurship, creativity, culture and environmental awareness, enabling participants to develop practical skills, explore innovative ideas, exchange cultures and contribute to sustainable community development.

Throughout the placement, volunteers are supported by a hosting mentor, regular check-ins and access to psychosocial support if needed. Local emergency protocols and safeguarding policies apply throughout the placement.

We are looking for volunteers who are open-minded, creative, proactive, and motivated to empower young people and contribute to sustainable community development. Volunteers should be interested in social inclusion, environmental protection, active citizenship, digital skills, and intercultural learning. Teamwork, flexibility, communication skills, and a willingness to share ideas and learn from different cultures are essential. Previous experience in youth work, environmental initiatives, digital communication, or non-formal education is an advantage, but enthusiasm and a positive attitude are equally important.
