Create an image of volunteering

Descrizione dell'attività

This is a 10 months project (February 2020- November 2020). During the project you will help us with the promotion of volunteering in secondary schools, motivates young people to volunteer and help them to create their own volunteer programs. As a part of your project, you will also help us with making creative content (photography, video, posters, flyers) for our events and preparation of our trainings, events, and activities as Week of Volunteering, Volunteer Fair, Date with volunteering, etc.. You can also create your own project.

Alloggio, vitto e trasporto

We will provide you an accomodation. You will live in flat or a house with other foreign volunteers in Bratislava. Every month, you will get pocket money and money for food and transport according to the standard of living in the hosting country.

Formazione durante l'attività

There are some mandatory trainings during this project: You will get orientation training right after arriving to Bratislava, On-arrival and Mid-term trainings, trainings to acquire new skills usefull for your job and future life (time management, project management, soft skills training, etc ..) and supervisions. Training sessions are held once a month.

Profilo del partecipante

We are looking for someone ready to take up new challenges. He/she should be enthusiastic about growing personal and professional skills and prepared for unexpected experiences. Required qualities include: motivated person with a sense of creativity, flexible and adaptable to changes, communicative and responsible, ability to work in the team but also independently, willing to learn and come up with new ideas, interested in volunteering, someone who likes taking pictures, can use a camera and has practical experience with digital tools and is interested in further development of these skills.
