Περιγραφή της δραστηριότητας

We will involve young people in professional experience activities, through jobs offered in 2 companies in Romania. We will involve 5 young people, they will work in an international team and do activities to promote good practices to increase the attractiveness of VET (results from both the high school promotion activity and the above documentation activity) - through the development and transmission of articles / newsletters and online courses / training materials. The young people will be involved in the following positions: instructional designer / training support specialist. 1 company: Integerperform SRL (part of KPI Institute) - kpiinstitute.org;

Διαμονή, διατροφή και έξοδα μετακίνησης

Accommodation will not be covered through the project. However, we will provide assistance in finding suitable local accommodation - providing a list with accommodation options.. The employee will receive 3 euros/day for relocation in the first 6 months. The employee will receive monthly salary to cover the living expenses. Travel expenses will be covered according to the European Solidarity Corps distance band.

Κατάρτιση κατά τη δραστηριότητα

1) We will provide sessions for each young person, depending on the field in which he/she will work, so he /she will acquire the basic knowledge he/she will need to work in the company. Then, we will offer sessions in which the young person will improve his/her existing and / or accumulated skills in the first part of the professional experience. 2) We will provide sessions for each young person to improve their soft skills.

Προφίλ συμμετέχοντος

We are looking for young people aged between 18 and 30, who have had a previous job, who have completed their studies or are still studying and are not currently employed. They need to be legally residing in a Member State of the EU. They need an intermediate level of English. We will be interested in the motivation for the job offered and its expectations and the professional development plans of the person. We will appreciate if they have experience in NGOs or companies.
