Mondo NGO and Kongo Community Development Association (KOCDA)
Kongo Village, Ghana
Activity description
Mondo and its partner in Ghana, Kongo Community Development Association have been supporting women collectives for about a decade now. The collectives are widows and single mothers who have been trained and are highly skilled in making shea butter products and weaving the famous colourful "Bolgatanga" baskets. The volunteers daily activities will be engaging with both the shea butter and basket weaving group to understand their activities.Ordninger for innkvartering, mat og transport
