Sport and health oriented Kindergarten "Königskinder"

Activity description

We are searching for a volunteer for project in the Kindergarten “Königskinder", which is a child care institution in Potsdam. Volunteer will be integrated in the "on the move and health oriented" program of Kindergarten by supporting the pedagogues in their daily activities. Sport, movement and healthy lifestyle are the key words in the daily work at the Kindergarten. Volunteer will help pedagogues in the daily execution of looking after the children, play games and do exercises, communicate with children and lead them to the better consciousness for the health and closiness to nature. Also, volunteer will have opportunity to organize his own projects, e.g. about his own country, culture, traditions. Possible activities: - Looking after 1 to 5 year old children - Assistance whilst practicing aged-based movement exercises in a playful way - Support by the planning of activities and festivities and daily activities

Accommodation: The volunteer will live in Potsdam in shared apartment and will have single room. Pocket money: 150,00 €/month Food: A monthly food allowance of 251,00 € will be provided via bank transfer. Local transport: monthly card will be provided in the Belrin/Brandenburg federal states.
