GAP Youth Association, provides training and mobility opportunities for the young people in Şanlıurfa and GAP ( Southeastern Anatolia Project Region ) and operates in local, national and international levels since 2012. We have been working as a focal point of Euroesk to increase the involvement of youth to the programs of European Union Programs as well as the other programs concerning Youth. Since our establishment in 2012, we have been developing partnerships with the youth organisations in EU and neighbouring countries to provide programs for the young people from living in Şanlıurfa and nationally. Since 2014, we started to work with the refugees and providing activities also for the refugees. Our arget group is the young people aged between 18-30 but our focus target group is young people with fewer opportunities such as economical, social and educational and as well the Syrian refugees in Şanlıurfa district.

Our aims are ;
- Provide activities for cultural and social development of youth
- Encouraging young people to implement social responsibility projects
- Widening the life perspective of young people with fewer opportunities
- Implementing information events for young people concerning youth programs
- Implementing researches related to refugee issues with the focus of youth and education
- Promoting intercultural dialogue among Turkish and Syrian youth
- Empowering Syrian refugees in Sanliurfa local with increasing their access to the social welfare system
