Descrizione dell'organizzazione

Established in 1996, UK-based CHANGE AGENTS UK is a national charity creating a force for a sustainable future: working with young people, graduates, businesses and communities motivated by sustainability to create positive change. Fostering the learning, skills development and employability of young people and graduates passionate about sustainability is our primary focus. This is accomplished through the work-based learning, workshops, mentoring and accreditation opportunities we offer our network of over 10,000 registered ‘change agents’ across the UK. We have recruited over 1,000 graduates for paid placements within UK organisations looking to take on enthusiastic and knowledgeable graduates to help deliver their environmental and sustainability objectives. We also offer graduates and young people opportunities to expand their learning and professional development in an international context, through fully funded placements with over 30 European partners working in the sustainability sector, via our Leonardo Mobility and European Voluntary Service programmes. Young people are our main users, those over 16 years old who are eager to develop their skillset and experience to make a positive impact and become ‘change agents’ through their career and life choices Sustainability is our passion with projects, volunteering and placements that promote the practice of sustainable development at a local, national and European level.
