Kindergarten no. 2 "Tajemniczy Ogród" (Mysterious Garden) is an intimate public institution located in Wrocław in a detached villa building in the Sępolno area, secluded away from the traffic. Its advantage is a large, green, perfectly maintained garden with a playground for children and a rich tree stand. The kindergarten has 3 divisions for children aged 3-6. The total number of places is 64. Each group has its own name: "Skrzaty" ("Little Ones") "Gnomes", "Gardeners" and "Trackers". We provide care, upbringing and education for children. We care about family, cordial and friendly atmosphere. We create conditions for development taking into account individual needs and predispositions. Our preschool is environmentally friendly. We stimulate curiosity about the world and shape ecological awareness through frequent contact with nature. We use a beautiful and large preschool garden to spend time actively in direct contact with nature. Activities planned by us are continuous and reflect interests and values.
What's especially important in our work is
- child's and teacher’s creativity;
- joy of children, of creating and experiencing;
- play (consensual, safe, engaging).
The main priorities of our work are promotion of health, environmental education, intellectual, cultural and social development. We run our own kitchen, where we prepare delicious, healthy, home-made meals. Our qualified teaching staff is constantly improving and expanding their knowledge. They are open and willing to cooperate with volunteers.
