Our organisation is called a youth centre which purpose is to promote the youth in an above party lines and above confessional area. Possibility to create spare time with things that make sense, such as culture (clubbing, concerts and theatre), sports and activities in any form they wish. The youth centre has to contribute the rooms and the persons who can support them and help them in any case and with any problems. JUZ is a meeting point where the youth can get necessary information for them and for their problems and can learn to take responsibilities for them and for the community. But it is an area where the kids and teens can be among themselves and can communicate under informal circumstances. We are dealing with minorities and with the issue concerning equal rights. Hosting org for ESC - key action 1, carrying out youth exchanges, study visits…

AIMS AND PRIORITIES
The youth centre is an offer of open youth work. A place where low-threshold offers for young people are made possible.
The fun and the community with other young people, the mutual help in coping with their own life situation plays a special role.
Open youth work promotes the participation of young people and, with its concepts and methods, helps young people to perceive their lives as something they can shape. We design the framework conditions of everyday life in the youth centre in the most participatory way possible
In addition to the basic opportunities for participation in open youth work, young volunteers are particularly involved in project-related work. These include, for example: Helping with events (selling, putting up posters, setting up and dismantling at events, etc.), supporting renovation work in the youth centre or designing and building furnishings.
Open youth work generally promotes the civil society involvement of young people (e.g. in the field of environmental protection) and provides a framework and support for brainstorming and implementation.
During opening hours, the youth centre is available for young people to meet people, listen to music, do homework, play, relax or talk. There are snacks and cooking facilities available.
Projects: In addition to the open youth work, the youth leaders organise various projects such as creative workshops, culinary encounters, exhibitions, street activities or excursions. EU-funded international youth projects are also a fixed point in the youth centre's programme.
