Eğitim Yöneticileri ve Uzmanları (EYUDER) Association inaugurated on 15.09.2009 with the association number 06-094-133 under the constitution of Ankara Governorship Associations Department .All the founders have at least a post graduate diploma in the field of Training Management .
EYUDER is a non-governmental organization founded by acknowledged specialists and gives particular importance to public welfare.Some of its diverse aims are to compensate the defects observed in the field of education in our country; to provide rational and viable solutions to the problems ;to take the lead in conveying the decisions to be taken in education to the competent authorities in a prudent platform by holding the position of people’s voice ;to organize national and international projects and to make them real;to bring together academician community with the ones performing in their work fields cooperating with universities ,and to function as a bridge with The Ministry of Education headquarters and field service.
Furthermore the association have Quality certificate. organization for ESC and Planning and realization of Social Responsibility projects for young people..
Our association believes that the future of the society is shaped according to the skills and approaches of today's young people. With this belief, our association is trying to create a youth policy which aims to compensate young people including the ones who have economic, educational, social, physical and geographical obstacles.
This policy aims to make applicable projects, apply and sustain them all around the country in order to reintegrate disadvantaged young people who are defined above to society and compensate them.
Our association's regular activities are educating, also helping disadvantaged young people to gain specific skills. Moreover, we are organizing trainings which support the development of young people and make them gain experience in different fields.
In order to exchange our experiences and having a more profesional qualifications our organisation is enthusiaistic to be involved in the Eorpean Projects to create a more modern and dynamic environment into our organization.We have been working with the teacher members and directors at different types of school in Turkey.In this respect our core focus is the education system,the pupils and the teaching staff.We believe that we prepare youngsters for the future with the help of the teachers.All of the members in our organisations have have worked at different types of schools with different people in Turkey.So ıt is certain that they can tackle the different problems with the help of their experiences.Furthermore our project group has had a lot of experiences in the European Commission funded project.We will use the experiences gained during the international projects.
Our organisation has got a European project granted till now for EVS project.

We have also a number of economically,socially and geographically disadvantaged groups which we support with a series of educational activities to promote their success in life and at school.As part of our organisation activities ,we have a large number of member of youngster who have just graduated from the Vocational Schools and have not proceeded to their careers yet.Our members who are teachers and experts at different organisations can develop trainings and seminars in line with the project activities.
For this project we would like to work with the amateur youth and art schools. Also
-By organising multiplier events through the region and nation
-Organising work shops as part of our national and international activities.
-By giving online seminars and trainings
-By creating an online community
-Colloborating with the directors of different schools in the same way , agreat number of teachers
-Carrying out surveys on large number of groups.
-Colloborating by a number of universities in Turkey.
