WeTeKgGmbH is arecognized educational institution forindependent youthassistance and member of the German charity association called “ParitätischerWohlfahrtsverband”.WeTeKgGmbHorganizes, in cooperation with youth institutions, schools, education centres,the public administration of the Berlin Senate and other institutions promoting youth activities,projects in the field of media and culture education and other training programs.Priorities of WeTeK BerlingGmbH are: - educateschildren and youngstersto become experts in divers media, music and information technology; - helps youngsters to find access and information about professionsin the fields of media technologies; - trains youngsters(individual and as a group) to organize events and gives therefor technical support; - organises continuous and vocational training for educators and social workers in kindergartens, schools, after-school care clubs , youth and socialcentres;-offers artists and professionals from the cultural sector divers possibilities of continuous training- and educational experts from all fields, who work at the intersection of school and job, training of specific competences needed at that edge, elaborates standards and supports cooperation and networking; - creates possibilities of encounters of education experts on the European level.Focusses on the idea of an „European space of training“ and supports individually all measures of lifelong learning by offering divers training possibilities in the fields of art, culture and new media and participates in regional, national and European programs which match the above mentioned principals of self-understanding.
