LOGO jugendmanagement gmbh (LOGO youth management ltd.) – a non-profit and non-governmental organization – offers information-tools and services for young people in the Federal State of Styria. As the Styrian special department for youth information and communication our main target is to strengthen young people to become active citizens of our society. By providing a comprehensive and user-friendly information service responsive to the personal, social and vocational needs of young people we foster informational and decision-making literacy. Our main target groups include adolescents and young people aged between 12 to 30 as well as professionals in formal and non-formal educational settings (e.g. teachers, youth workers, …).

A part of LOGO is a styrian regional office for the EU Youth programs Erasmus+ and European solidarity corps. We offer consultation for managing EU youth projects as well as coordination (Sending and Hosting) of ESC volunteering projects. In addition to our youth information service we offer styrian youth card, we are coordinating four youth centers in Styria, we are a member of various regional, national and international networks, e.g. “ERYICA” (“European Youth Information and Counselling Agency”), BÖJI (Bundesnetzwerk Österreichische Jugendinfos – Network of Austrian youth information centres), amongst others.

Main departments and domains from LOGO:
• Styrian youth information centre (more than 10.000 young people contacts us per year face-to-face, more than 95.000 user each us per year online): information for young people between 12 and 30 years about all topics (e.g. education, work, leisure time, options for making experiences abroad, …) face-to-face, via phone and online. Additionally, we also offer special services like personal social-media-checks, job application counselling, offering an online-job-market for young people, in which apprenticeships, internships and holiday jobs can be found, or organizing and participating in public events for young people (e.g. DIY, swap meets, …).
LOGO offers workshops for pupils, teachers & multipliers and parents on topics “Safer internet”, “Informations- und Entscheidungskompetenz” (“informing- and decision-making-literacy”) and “XUND entscheiden” (“making healthy decisions” – topic: health literacy).
• Regional coordination of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity corps programs in the federal State of Styria: We are coordinating, hosting and sending organisation for ESC volunteering projects in Styria and we also promote both EU youth programs: we give advice to applicants, help to create project concepts, help to find partners, help writing applications, organize networking events for styrian project leaders and interested persons, promote the program, ensure qualitative implementation of the program and activities.
• checkit: youthcard for young people between 10 and 20 years (about 60.000 users), cooperation with the regional business and public institutions like museums etc., mobile app for young people, youth-magazine in cooperation with several youth reporters
• Head organization of four youth clubs all over Styria.
