Kesklinna Leisure Center (Kesklinna Vaba Aja Keskus) is an umbrella organization for Kesklinna youth center and Hopneri Maja. The governing body of the Kesklinna Leisure Center is the Tallinn Centre District administration (Tallinna Kesklinna valitsus).
The main goal of organization is to support local initiative and provide cultural services, development, education, entertainment and recreation opportunities. Kesklinna Leisure Centre is engaged in the development and preservation of culture, creating opportunities for people for free self-expression and creativity, cultural events, related services and the spirit of preserving, exhibiting and promotion of cultural heritage. Also it is organization of youth work and it supports youth initiative to develop youth work in the city center. The main fields of activities are youth work, city festivals, exhibitions, educational programs, concerts.
