Alce Nero è una cooperativa sociale fondata nel 1981.Attualmente i soci della Cooperativa sono 183, caratterizzati sempre più da una molteplicità di culture che obbliga il corpo sociale ad una forte dialettica multiculturale. Alce Nero è una cooperativa sia di tipo A che di tipo B. Le attività dell’Area socio educativa sono rivolte a più di 5000 bambini, ragazzi e giovani e alle loro famiglie, grazie al lavoro di circa 150 operatori, in particolare animatori ed educatori professionali, pedagogisti, psicologi e assistenti sociali. Alce Nero gestisce Centri di Aggregazione Giovanile, Centri Ricreativi Estivi Diurni, servizi scolastici ad personam e doposcuola, informagiovani, assistenza domiciliare educativa e progetti di sostegno a ragazzi con problematiche di dispersione scolastica o devianza. È attivo presso la sede anche un Centro per l’età evolutiva specializzato in Disturbi Specifici dell’Apprendimento.L’Area inserimenti lavorativi sviluppa opportunità lavorative per persone con fragilità fisiche, mentali e sociali presso le nostre strutture.Questi progetti permettono di sperimentare forme di lavoro per persone che non riescono ad essere inserite in un normale contesto lavorativo. Durante il percorso, i ragazzi sono seguiti dal RIL (Responsabile degli Inserimenti Lavorativi), una figura specifica che si occupa insieme al responsabile del personale di tutte le fasi del lavoro: dal colloquio, all’incarico delle mansioni fino alla formazione e tutoraggio.L’Area ESC promuove l’integrazione sociale e culturale di giovani di altri Paesi dai 18 ai 30 anni. Alce Nero da oltre 15 anni si occupa di Mobilità Internazionale, in collaborazione con l’ANG con il programma Erasmus+. Alce Nero si occupa di accoglienza migranti da alcuni anni, fornendo non solo la prima accoglienza con abiti, ospitalità e beni di prima necessità, ma iniziando anche a costruire un percorso di cura (fisica e mentale), di alfabetizzazione, di sport, volontariato, e di inserimento lavorativo.Le attività di accoglienza sono condotte da un’equipe multidisciplinare composta da educatori professionali, mediatori linguistici e culturali, insegnanti di italiano specializzati nell’alfabetizzazione ed esperti legali. Tutte queste professionalità rendono possibile un lavoro serio ed integrato.Alce Nero promuove un progetto di turismo inclusivo gestendo una struttura ricettiva (Cascina La Goliarda), un locale estivo (ZANZARA) e un bar a San Giorgio Bigarello (Drako Bar) e un servizio di trasporti sia per minori che per disabili, ma anche gran turismo.
Alce Nero is a social cooperative founded in 1981. Currently the members of the Cooperative are 183, characterized more and more by a multiplicity of cultures which obliges the social body to a strong multicultural dialectic. Alce Nero is a type A and type B cooperative. The activities of the socio-educational area are aimed at more than 5000 children, young people and their families, thanks to the work of around 150 operators, in particular animators and educators professionals, pedagogists, psychologists and social workers. Alce Nero manages Youth Aggregation Centers, Daytime Summer Recreation Centers, ad personam and after-school school services, youth information, home educational assistance and support projects for children with problems of early school leaving or deviance. A center for developmental age specialized in Specific Learning Disorders is also active at the headquarters. The Job placement area develops job opportunities for people with frailties physical, mental and social difficulties at our facilities. These projects allow you to experiment with forms of work for people who are unable to be included in a normal working context. During the course, the students are followed by the RIL (Head of Work Placements), a specific figure who takes care of all phases of the job together with the staff manager: from the interview, to the assignment of the tasks up to training and tutoring. ESC area promotes the social and cultural integration of young people from other countries aged 18 to 30. For over 15 years, Alce Nero has been dealing with International Mobility, in collaboration with the ANG, within the Erasmus + program. Alce Nero has been dealing with migrant reception for some years, providing not only the first reception with clothes, hospitality and basic necessities, but also starting to build a path of care (physical and mental), literacy, sports, volunteering, and job placement. The reception activities are conducted by a multidisciplinary team composed of professional educators, linguistic and cultural mediators, teachers of Italian specialized in literacy and legal experts. All these skills make serious and integrated work possible. Alce Nero promotes an inclusive tourism project by managing an accommodation facility (Cascina La Goliarda), a summer club (ZANZARA) and a bar in San Giorgio Bigarello (Drako Bar) and a transport for both minors and the disabled, but also tourism.
