IN VIA e.V. Katholischer Verband für Mädchen -und Frauensozialarbeit unterstützt vorwiegend junge Frauen und Mädchen auf ihrem Weg in ein eigenständiges und selbst bestimmtes Leben. IN VIA heißt: "Auf dem Weg" und leistet eine Sozialarbeit ,die sich an den individuellen Bedürfnissen und Anforderungen von jungen Menschen ausrichtet und trägt so zur Entwicklung persönlicher und beruflicher Lebensperpektiven bei. Das Leistungsspektrum von IN VIA ist breit . Im Standort Würzburg ist IN VIA Träger eines Jugendwohnheims , sowie einer stationäre Einrichtung der Erziehungs- und Jugendhilfe, mit einer Heilpädagogischen Wohngruppe, für Mädchen ab 13 Jahre, einer Heilpäd. Wohngruppe für minderjährige unbegleitete Geflüchtete, sowie einer sozialpädagogischen Wohngruppe. IN VIA KOFIZA (Kontakt - Förderung und Integrationszentrum für außereuropäische Frauen und deren Familien)unterstützt Migrantinnen dabei, sich am öffentlichen Leben zu beteiligen.
IN VIA berät und vermittelt Au- pairs, und koordiniert, unterstützt und begleitet Jugendliche als Träger im Rahmen des FSJ .
Im Rahmen des ESC, (ehemals EFD)koordiniert IN VIA seit 2000 verschiedene Aufnahmeprojekte und entsendete bis 2006 Freiwillige ins Ausland.

IN VIA e.V. Catholic Association for Girls and Women’s Social Work mainly supports young women and girls on their way to an independent and self-determined life. IN VIA means: "On the way" and performs social work that is geared towards the individual needs and requirements of young people and thus contributes to the development of personal and professional life prospects. IN VIA's range of services is broad.
In the Würzburg location, IN VIA is the provider of a residence for young people , as well as an inpatient facility for educational and youth welfare, with a curative educational living group for girls aged 13 and over, a curative living group for underage unaccompanied refugees, as well as a socio-educational residential group. IN VIA KOFIZA (Contact -
Promotion and integration center for non-European women and their families) supports migrant women to participate in public life.
IN VIA advises and places au pairs, and coordinates, supports and accompanies young people as providers within the framework of the FSJ.
As part of the ESC, (formerly EFD), IN VIA has been coordinating various admission projects since 2000 and has sent up to 2006 volunteers abroad.
