Περιγραφή της οργάνωσης

The social cultural association BLOOM is a non profit organisation founded in March 2008. BLOOM works in different regions in Portugal, mainly in the country side.
Our mission:
To support, consult, develop and implement social, cultural and educational projects with a national and international dimension, to empower initiatives and organisations, in the local community, mainly addressed to youth.
We are working on the following objectives:
1. To develop and implement social cultural and educational activities in order to promote the wellbeing.
2. To promote cooperation and to support network development
3. To coach, support and empower local organisations and initiatives, mainly of youth and rural
areas, to increase local development.
4. To promote local traditions, participation, citizenship, competences and personal skills.
5. To develop international projects, mainly at European level
6. To foster the social cohesion, the intercultural dialogue, the mutual understanding, the tolerance,
solidarity, fight against racism, human rights and equal opportunities, having as reference the
European values.
7. To spread youth information in the country and increase the access to information
8. To support organisations by providing trainings, seminars and information meetings.
9. To promote the access to the International Fair Trade of products produced by social, economical
and geographical disadvantaged producers.
10. To promote Ecological environment practices.
11. To promote the quality, quantity, value and access to national and international voluntary work.

Η οργάνωση αυτή επιθυμεί να συνεργαστεί με εθελοντές που δυσκολεύονται λόγω της κατάστασής τους να συμμετέχουν σε δραστηριότητες, από τις ακόλουθες κατηγορίες και για διάφορα είδη έργων:
