Περιγραφή της οργάνωσης

We are a non-profit organization working in the field of non-formal education. Our aim is to complement formal education, promote non-formal and life-long learning, and develop the youth work field. We see non-formal education as the greatest tool for developing skills and knowledge of young people, fostering intercultural understanding, and building tolerance. Our goal is to be one of the supporting pillars in Europe that helps to develop young people and realize their full potential with the help of non-formal education.

Our main activities include:
- Organizing international mobility projects in Estonia and abroad
- Developing the youth work field through creating materials and sharing the know-how with other organizations and youth workers
- Organizing cultural and social events for young people, such as board game nights, camping trips, workshops, and discussion events
- Raising awareness about the opportunities of the Erasmus+ programme through organizing information sessions & workshops

Our key target group for youth exchanges is young adults ages 18 to 27, but on the local level, we are also involved in activities that are carried out for children. The second target group is youth workers, especially those who are involved in international youth work activities in Erasmus+ or other programs.
