Beschreibung der Einrichtung

The Centre Reine Fabiola is a residential centre for adults with mental disabilities. We accommodate 500 men and women of various ages and levels of autonomy. We offer a living environment in which all the needs of our residents are covered (medical, psychological, tailored support, etc.) thanks to our 40 interdisciplinary educational, pedagogical, technical and administrative teams. The residents live in group homes of about 15 people or in individual houses, depending on their degree of autonomy. These homes are located in Neufvilles and around Soignies.

Our aim is to better integrate our residents into society, to offer them a living environment in which they can develop and achieve objectives in line with their skills and abilities. Our aim is to promote the emancipation of our residents as much as possible, and it is in this context that we have formed a partnership with an adapted work company, Nekto. We also offer our residents activities that allow them to feel useful in society and to develop personally (gardening, painting, ironwork, chair repair, etc.).

In addition, we organise holidays for our residents at different times of the year, in Belgium or abroad.

Our centre is therefore lively and open to the outside world.
