Muovimente was founded in 2007 by a small group of four members with different professional experiences and backgrounds. The cooperative since it was founded has been involved in many projects and initiatives, mainly in the field of intercultural dialogue, education and non-formal education, and social cohesion. Among its activities implemented, participation in several projects funded by the European Union in the field of non-formal education and vocational training (in the Youth in Action program, the European Voluntary Service, Leonardo Da Vinci, Grundtvig and European Solidarity Corps) and initiatives in the field of disclosure and information on the European Union to young people (Lab Europe, UExTE, European youth Week) .
It also collaborates with leading companies in the area of coperations, with assets of collaborations with the City of Viterbo, Province of Viterbo, Lazio Region, ASL Viterbo, Tuscia University.Also it operates and collaborates with associations and informal groups, mainly young people, local animation projects, training and international mobility.
In the field of voluntary Service, we have been coordinating 14 long term project since 2011, from Youth in Action, to Erasmus+ till Esc program. We have been coordinating 63 yougest from 27 different nationalities, including Balcan, Mediterranean, Eastner Pratnership and Middle East countries. We have sent abroad more then 30 yougest, many of them are still working or cooperating with us.

  • This organisation holds a European Solidarity Corps Quality Label. The Quality Label certifies that the organisation is able to run projects in compliance with the principles and objectives of the European Solidarity Corps.
