AFAIJ is a Spanish Non-Profit organization founded in 1999 whose aim it is to promote youth development through intercultural activities of social interest. Our association works in three main fields related with youth mobility:
- Volunteer youth both nationally and internationally through the European Solidarity Corps Program (send/host/coordinator), International Civil service and other international exchange programs.
- Training activities for young people and worker/volunteers for youth and national and international level.
- Seminars and international youth exchanges that promote intercultural education and social integration of participants.
- Intercultural travel and responsible tourism.

AFAIJ deals to young people through the implementation of activities and programs that contribute to their development.
These are the more important purposes:
- The implementation of programs that contributes to young people's personal and professional development through non-formal education, youht mobility and intercultural learning.
- Promotion, training and awareness of national and international volunteering.

AFAIJ operates in the Community of Madrid, although its scope includes the entire national territory. Our main target groups are young people, especially with different types of barriers, in favor of promoting inclusion and the development of skills through non-formal education
