Περιγραφή της οργάνωσης

Our organization is carrying out educational activities for youth who have various life conditions. Depending on their needs we aim to create opportunities for young marginalized people to integrate into society and help them responsibly make their personal life, and be active members of the community. During activities, we also seek to teach them new social, entrepreneurial, and work-related skills which could help them easily integrate into the labor market, and increase knowledge on social entrepreneurship, and self-employment. The organization provides social services and training for more than 100 young people per year directly and the network of indirect contacts exceeds 2000 young people and specialists in the region of North Lithuania. Since 2019, Open Youth Career Counselling Center has been established in the organization and it provides all the support for Youth who are in search of their career pathways, organizes training, job shadowing, practice, and volunteering activities to gain skills and competencies on-the-job, ZISPB organizes training and seminars in entrepreneurship, e-marketing, social enterprise, capacity building for Youth not in education or employment.

Η οργάνωση αυτή επιθυμεί να συνεργαστεί με εθελοντές που δυσκολεύονται λόγω της κατάστασής τους να συμμετέχουν σε δραστηριότητες, από τις ακόλουθες κατηγορίες και για διάφορα είδη έργων:
