Association “Inspiration” is a non-governmental that has been working in the field of youth activities since 2007. Since then, we have implemented over 40 national and international projects, sent over 50 volunteers abroad and welcomed 158 young volunteers in our organization from various European and African countries, such as Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Tunisia, Egypt, Azerbaijan and others. All this is possible thanks to the good partnership built over the years. At the local level we successfully cooperate with the Municipality of Ruse, the Municipal Youth Centre Ruse, Caritas, the Bulgarian Red Cross, the Prevention and Information Center and others.

Our MAIN OBJECTIVE is to empower young people, to promote youth civic initiatives and to support young people in establishing dialogue with local authorities. We strive to promote international youth cooperation and the use of non-formal education methods, while providing various opportunities for our young people to spend their free time and develop their skills.

THE TARGET GROUP of our association are all young people from Ruse and the region aged between 14 and 29 years. We also work with young people with fewer opportunities. We provide them with the opportunity to participate in various activities of the Association - local initiatives, campaigns, competitions and festivals, European projects. We provide them with an environment different from the everyday one, in which they feel equal and free to express their opinions, share experiences and acquire new skills. We cover young people from the minimum to the maximum age of youth, offering them various activities related to their respective ages and interests. The focus of our work are young people in small villages and towns, where we conduct trainings and cultural events. In order to reach them, we organize trainings in their settlements, and the topics are always coordinated with their interests, which we study in advance together with their teachers, educators and / or youth workers. Our activity covers young people of different ethnic origin and social status. We unify them with the word "young people", because when we work with them, they all treat each other as equals.
The activity of the Association is carried out on the territory of Rousse District - the city and smaller settlements, depending on the activity and mobility of young people. With some of the activities we achieve national and international scope.

THE MAIN ACTIVITIES of the organization are focused on culture, art, ecology, sports, civic education and participation and non-formal education. We place special emphasis on providing information for young people - through Eurodesk and beyond. We involve our young people in local and international projects, volunteer activities, competitions and public events. Thanks to the excellent work with the Municipality of Ruse and the Municipal Youth Centre, the association realizes and supports events of international, national and regional nature, such as: Ruse Carnival, International March Music Days, Student Theater Festival, Folklore International Youth Festival, International Youth Choir Festival, International Youth Cheerleading Festival , International Youth Ballet Festival, Recital Competition for Revival and Bulgarian Poetry, Drawing and Photography Competition, dedicated to the International Water Day, etc. For the last three consecutive years, our volunteers have realized a youth happening called "Music and Colors", where colored (harmless) dust is scattered to the sounds of music. All cultural and youth events are organized with the help of volunteers from the region. Organizing and conducting trainings in Ruse and the region with the methods of non-formal education. Organizing and conducting round tables, conferences, youth meetings. We are actively working with the Youth Parliament of Ruse. We organize hikes and activities in nature.
We are a reliable partner involved in many youth exchanges and mobility projects of youth workers abroad, which help our young people and our team to improve and develop. On the other hand, we have many years of experience in organizing youth exchanges and other youth mobility programs in Ruse and the region with local, regional, national and European partners. Thanks to these partnerships, we do not have a project that we have not successfully implemented.
