Περιγραφή της οργάνωσης

Dalla Stessa Parte is a social cooperative enterprise, an organization of free citizens who choose to act in an associated and coordinated way to pursue shared social and entrepreneurial goals, through a dialogic and democratic participatory process. The cooperative's mission is to promote the social integration of citizens through work inclusion, i.e. to strengthen employability and facilitate the employment of its members and the beneficiaries of its services.
“Dalla Stessa Parte” is a type B social cooperative, which deals with the job placement of disadvantaged people, in
particular citizens with disabilities and mental health problems, refugees and asylum seekers. In its more than 40-years history Dalla Stessa Parte has been deeply linked to its local community, to the active subjects who make it "alive", in the territories of Cirié, Valli di Lanzo and Canavese, in the province of Turin.
Born in 1983 with a leather craft sector, in a small back room of a shop in Ciriè, DSP has progressively extended its
activities: today it operates in the assembly and packaging of electromechanical and medical components, in the
environmental maintenance sector, in the production organic agriculture and beekeeping; management of reception, integration and protection services aimed at asylum seekers and refugees; management of the HUB (Help Urban Base) Ciriè: recovery and redistribution of food surpluses in accordance with Law 166/2016.
