THE ORGANISATION

The non-profit organization BUSINESS MENTALITY in 2013 started as an informal group of young people and in the same year held its first conference entitled "BUSINESS MENTALITY-Do not Stay in the Ideas" while in August 2014 it was founded in its current form as a Non-Profit Organization.
Implementing a variety of actions, each year, aimed at society, youth, farmers, vulnerable groups and the unemployed with the aim of contributing to the development and empowerment of societies with an emphasis on creativity, information, education, networking and collaboration on topics such as the environment, entrepreneurship, technology, energy and sustainable development. Believing that in this way societies will be led to the development of a sustainable economic environment.

In addition, within the Organization there are groups of special audiences that are active in different sectors: BM Women Club, participate women entrepreneurs, professionals and employees from all over Greece in order to meet, network, support each other and collaborate with each other. BM Youth Club, young people up to 35 years old participate with the aim of strengthening and developing leadership skills in the fields of Education, Science, Culture and Communication.

From our first action until today we have developed strong connections and collaborations with organizations and agencies inside and outside Greece such as Chambers, Businesses, Research Centers, Universities, Local Authorities, NGOs, Consulates, cultural institutions, etc.

EUROPEAN PROFILE OF THE APPLICANT Since 2014 he participates as an official guest of the EU in the Annual General Meeting of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME Assembly), in the cross-border exchange program "Erasmus Young Entrepreneurs" offering young or aspiring entrepreneurs the opportunity to gain knowledge and develop skills. Implements Erasmus + Action plans for the Youth sector and is a certified mission and host body of the European Solidarity Corps helping young people through volunteering to improve their skills and competencies in areas of interest. At the same time to discover new cultures and strengthen European citizenship.
From 2018 until today it is the host organization of EUROPE DIRECT HALKIDIKI with actions that take place in Thessaloniki, Halkidiki, Pieria, Imathia, Serres and Kilkis. Demonstrating strong extroversion and presence throughout the Region of Central Macedonia.
The European profile of BUSINESS MENTALITY is constantly strengthened (details in the supporting document "Description of past and current performance" for the last 2 years).
