Considérant que l'association CRL 10 a pour but de favoriser l'autonomie et l'épanouissement des personnes, De permettre à tous d'accéder à l'éducation et à la culture, notamment dans les principes de l'éducation populaire, afin que chacun participe à la construction d'une société plus solidaire; d’organiser et promouvoir dans un but pédagogique, social et culturel des activités répondant aux besoins des populations; d’assurer la gestion des centres Paris Anim du 10ème arrondissement
