National University of water and environmental engineering (NUWEE, Rivne, Ukraine) is a public higher educational institution. It has more than 12000 students and 700 of academic staff. The main activity of NUWEE is educational, research and experimentation support for water management, logistics, marketing and management of enterprises, engineering, land management and geodesy, economics, natural sciences, systematic sciences and cybernetics, machine engineering and architecture, agriculture and forestry, fishery and aquaculture. It is one of the leading research methodical centres of higher education in Ukraine in water management. It practices both full-time and distance forms of educational technologies using the university servers. Department staff works closely with production as executives, managers, projects experts in land management, GIS software, environmental activities and geodesic justification. Research and production activities cover different sides of urban development (spatial planners, civil engineers, geodesists and architectures, ecologists, software engineers). There is a constant exchange of experience between the departments. University together with community organisations in Rivne opened co-working centre Open Office for developing the professional cooperation. Project is created in the department of public administration and its implementation will have a positive impact on the whole educational process at the university as it has interdisciplinary character and unite different specialisations that will get new knowledge about Europe. Our target audience is youth (students), researches, NGOs, local administrations, SMEs. NUWEE regularly organises educational, research events, festivals, contests, hackatons for students and local community
