Our Vision: A Bosnian Herzegovinian society promoting competency, safety, and tolerance through mutual care of individuals and communities.
NV focuses on reconciliation, especially among BH youth. Notable projects include: "Establishment of a Network of Youth Organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina", awarded the Prize of Europe by the Council of Europe for combating xenophobia; the "PeaceTrails Youth Leadership Program", training 163 young leaders and funding 130 community projects; and the "PeaceTrails Scholarship Program", supporting education in BiH, with scholars completing 67 group voluntary actions. "Youth in Action" promoted interethnic cooperation among high schools from Jablanica, Grude, and Trebinje.
Our mission: "NEŠTO VIŠE" fosters societal change by offering education, training, volunteering, and work experiences to develop responsible leaders who promote openness and belonging.
Main Activities:
Permaculture: Organized 150+ workshops on sustainable living and regenerative agriculture.
Environmental Protection: Promoted recycling and greening actions in Mostar, revitalizing courtyards with 750 plants.
Sustainable Lifestyles: Taught students about ecology, waste management, and healthy diets.
Climate Change: Installed a meteorological station and organized eco-quizzes.
Community Development: Conducted training sessions, internships, and journalism workshops to enhance local engagement.
Target groups: youth, women, rural populations, governmental employees, and PWD.
