Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University (EENU) is one of the oldest educational institutions of Volyn region, which continues educational traditions established in the seventeenth century by brethren school. Its history dates back to 1940.
The University encompasses 16 Faculties (Social Sciences, Art, Physical Culture and Health, Pedagogical, Philology and Journalism, Foreign Philology, Economics and Management, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, Law, History, Psychology and International Relations), the Teaching and Research Center of Postgraduate Education, the Preparatory Department, 69 Chairs of the Faculties with professional academic staff. There is another structural unit of EENU - College of Technology, Business and Law.
Currently, we are educating undergraduate, graduate, post-graduate and doctoral students. EENU has Bologna three cycle degree system since 2007.
Major directions of the University work include scientific, educational, international, economic and business activities. This work is carried out in accordance with the strategy of the University development adopted for 2012-2022 years, approved programs and internal regulations.
EENU is a member of the European University Association, the Eastern-European University Network, The Baltic-Ukrainian Academic Consortium the Consortium of Ukrainian universities and the University of Warsaw, the Cross-Border Innovation Cluster.
EENU has double degree diploma under the Polish-Ukrainian Program with AGH University of Science and Technology, the Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa, University of Economics and Innovation in Lublin, University of Warsaw.
We are ready for cooperation under Erasmus+ , Horizon 2020 or other EU programmes/funds.
