Beschreibung der Einrichtung

Our Institute was established for research, promotion of innovations, dissemination and collection of best practices among entrepreneurs and non-governmental organizations in the use of new technologies and innovation. We developed over 120 national and international projects.
We have hosted several groups of foreign youth groups for different periods of time. We organized their stay and work and learning.
We also have sent over 20 our staff members for international mobilities - Grundtving, Erasmus.

Our activities are aimed at promoting new technologies, innovation and increasing opportunities for participants in the labour market education and equal opportunities. The recipients of the projects are : youth, disadvantageous groups, NGOs, volunteers, employees of companies, entrepreneurs as well as those who are just starting their career path. A large part of the activities is addressed to young people. We support youth organisations and informal groups and help them in organise their own project. From informal groups which cooperated with INT were created two youth organizations : Kre-Active and Active People Association. Both work with us at various events and projects.
Majority of our activities are aimed at youth, we conducted diverse research on this group especially in the context of education and employment. We know the expectations of young listeners and participants as most of our trainers and educators work with youth.
For a few years INT has been implementing CSR, strategy and this year we implemented ISO 26000 which concentrated on quality of actions aimed at surrounding, our stakeholders who are also young people who co-operate with us and live in our region. The standards of trainings, co-operation, education, are of high level and provide effectiveness and good results. We also introduced the audit standards for our operations.
The implemented quality system refers to the working and service standards, obligatory evaluation, staff qualifications.

In the past few years we organized Regional Competition Leader of New Technologies which promoted innovative solutions in our area. We currently support many innovative ideas in our city like grants from Ministry of Development to improve or create a new solution and implement it in the field of life long learning.
INT leads “NGO Support Centre” in the region and works with more than 100 NGOs .
Currently we have Europe Direct Information Post and Eurodesk Point in our office.
