Beschreibung der Einrichtung

La Asociación Proyecto Pigmalión fue fundada en Ciudad Real en octubre de 2018 gracias al interés de cuatro jóvenes con experiencia previa en el mundo asociativo y en Erasmus+. Esta asociación fue incluida en el registro de asociaciones el 26 de Diciembre de 2018. Todas las personas involucradas en la asociación tienen experiencia trabajando con colectivo en riesgo de exclusión social y jóvenes a nivel local e internacional. Además, nos apasionan los idiomas, la educación no formal y la cultura. Por esta razón, se decidió crear la asociación, para ayudar a otros personas en nuestras circunstancias de nuestra localidad y a lo largo de Europa, fomentando su espíritu emprendedor y participativo, dado a que los y las jóvenes somos el futuro y tenemos herramientas para cambiar nuestro presente a mejor

Por estas razones surgió nuestra asociación para:

Fomentar la participación juvenil a nivel local e internacional, y así ayudar a los jóvenes de la zona a tener iniciativa
Ampliar la oferta formativa para jóvenes con menos oportunidades, promoviendo habilidades y actitudes para mejorar sus aptitudes laborales y su empleabilidad
Ayudar los jóvenes de nuestra localidad y de nuestra región a tener una visión más amplia de Europa y darles así la posibilidad de aprender a través de las oportunidades Erasmus+ y del CES
Promover la cultura entre los y las jóvenes de nuestra localidad y región, y así mejorar la oferta socio-cultural.

Gracias a todo el trabajo que empezamos en nuestra etapa anterior, dentro del asociacionismo con Mille Cunti, en la cual nosotros y nosotras estuvimos haciendo voluntariado, mentoring o trabajando coordinando proyectos Erasmus+ durante 3 años, nos ha ayudado a comprender y valorar nuevos horizontes siendo capaces de ayudar a las nuevas generaciones a nuestro alrededor, creando un proyecto propio para fomentar todos estos valores

Durante los años previos como coordinadores, voluntarias, voluntarios y mentores, hemos escrito,implementado y ayudado en proyectos de todas las acciones claves desde intercambios juveniles, formaciones, partenariado estratégico, diálogo estructurado y proyectos de voluntariado Europeo para diferentes asociaciones como son Mille Cunti (España), Nous (Italia), ACTOR (Rumanía) y Syncro Synergie (Croacia) entre otras tanto a nivel local e internacional

Nuestras principales actividades:

Colaborar con la tienda solidaria AFANIÓN, que recauda fondos para niños con cáncer
Charlas informativas sobre derechos y valores como la igualdad de género en escuelas
Actividad del banco del tiempo en residencias de mayores y con jóvenes con diversidad funcional

The Association Proyecto Pigmalión was founded in Ciudad Real in October 2018 thanks to the attention of four young people with previous experience in the associative world and in Erasmus. All the people who are are involved in the association are passionate about languages, non-formal education and culture. For this reason, the association has been created, to help other people in the circumstances of our city and the length of Europe, encouraging their entrepreneurial and participative spirit, given that young people are the future and we have tools to change our present to better

Our main objectives are:

Encourage youth participation at the local and international level, and thus help young people in the area to take initiative
Expand the training offer for young people with fewer opportunities, promoting skills and attitudes to improve their work skills and, with it, their employability
Help the young people of our town and our region to have a wider vision of Europe and give them the chance to learn through the Erasmus + and CES opportunities
Promote the culture among the young people of our locality, and thus improve the socio-cultural offer of our town and region

Thanks to all the work that we started in our previous stage, in the association Mille Cunti, in which we have been volunteering, mentoring or working coordinating Erasmus + projects for more than 3 years, has helped us to understand and value new horizons being able to help new generations around us, creating a project of their own in which to promote all these values

During the previous years as coordinators, volunteers, mentors and volunteers, we have written, implemented and helped in projects of all key actions from youth exchanges, training, strategic partnership, structured dialogue and European volunteer projects for different associations such as Mille Cunti ( Spain), Nous (Italy), ACTOR (Romania) and Syncro Synergie (Croatia) among others both locally and internationally

The main solidarity activities that we have begun to develop within the association are the following:

Collaborate with the solidarity shop AFANIÓN, which raises funds for children with cancer
Informative talks about rights and values ​​such as gender equality in schools
Activity of the time bank in nursing homes and with young people with functional diversity
