Cephi is composed by 10 members all of them with long experience in Erasmus plus programme. 2 of them are ex evs. We support at local and international level training courses youth exchanges and mainly youth centers management. Our targets group are: Children Young people adult and disadvantages in general. Regular activities are school educational activities and youth centers events. Relevant activities are youth projects participation We combine formal and no formal education using innovative methods and new teaching methodologies. Main aim is to increase the participants performance in self job coaching and personal skills improvement each single person is a world important resourse for our planet. . We try to help everyone to find its own talent...professional staff follows the educational process of the training's participants since the begining to the end of the training session.. Every new idea with a professional support can change lifestyle and modify personal reality We organise meetings for different target groups, with people from different backgrounds. The aim is to enlarge points of view and to share informations,fears, project proposals. Our Trainers and International experts provide a comprehensive service covering all educational needs of our members. Our members get trainings and education thought the high competencies of our internal staff
