The Foundation for a Good Cause was founded by people acting for the benefit of the local community for years. The founders have extensive experience in implementing projects financed from EU funds in the field of education of adults and children, as well as running educational institutions. The Foundation operates in the village of Szyszkowa and its activity is directed primarily to the local community, both adults and children. We actively support the activity of the village kindergarten by organizing educational projects for children as well as personal development workshops for parents and other interested persons. We place emphasis on promoting sustainable development, parenting based on trust and closeness, and cultivating local traditions.

We mainly carry out projects aimed at pre-school children from the area of ​​the village of Szyszkowa, located in Lusatia, on the Izerski Foothills, away from the agglomeration. Our goal is to develop the potential of children, creating opportunities for their full development. We promote education based on the Dalton Plan, consistent with the pedagogical approach of Jesper Juul. We organize trips for children, additional educational activities, welcome to kindergarten of interesting people, we engage and integrate the local community. We work with the village council for the development of the village. Our Foundation has experienced teachers, a psychologist, pedagogical therapist, educator and other people involved in activities for the benefit of society.
