The PODAJ DALEJ foundation was created to activate, empower and support people with disabilities (which suddenly became disabled as a result of unfortunate jumps to water, transport accidents, other random events and disabled from birth, intellectually and physically). Currently, we support and help on a daily basis about 200 people with disabilities, in addition, we have more than 13 years of experience in the implementation of projects on the activation of people with disabilities and the implementation of assistants in institutions and communities. We help them leave the house and assimilate in society. Below we indicate several completed projects:
1) "Give it a piece of yourself" (01.06.2012-30.09.2013) trainings and workshops for volunteers preparing for work with mentees in a professional and innovative way, using the e-learning platform - Ministry of Labor and Social Policy from PO FIO, 166665 zł
2) "Active and independent" (01/04/2013-31/03/2015) active rehabilitation and elements of sport as a form of becoming independent ON-PFRON-1,015,182.37 PLN
3) "Spread your wings" (02/05/2016 - 31/12/2016) active rehabilitation and elements of sport as a form of becoming independent ON-PFRON-447431,92 PLN
4) "Active and independent" - increasing the independence of people with disabilities in the Konin subregion (01/09/2016-current), a project improving access to care and assistance services - WROP 2014-2020 - 2077208,20 PLN
5) "Academy of Life" (from 09.2013 to 06.2018). In training apartments, they learn and develop practical skills. Each person implements an individual plan adjusted to the level of his fitness, predisposition, skills, competences and interests. The most involved people receive internships. As of December 2018, as a result of the project, 21 people work on a contract, 9 people live independently; 5 people are on internships, and another 5 have studied.
