Opis organizacji

Der Verein KUNST & NATUR e. V. gründete sich am 29. Juni 2012 im Steinfruther Kulturhaus in Ostvorpommern.
Aus der Idee, einige der kulturellen Veranstaltungen des wiedereröffneten Kulturhauses mit der Kunst und der Natur zu verbinden, haben sich Menschen des Dorfes und ihre UnterstützerInnen zu einem Verein zusammengefunden. Derzeit haben wir 26 Mitglieder.
Darunter finden sich KünstlerInnen, MusikerInnen, GärtnerInnen und eine Naturpädagogin. Sie haben es sich zur Aufgebe gemacht, der kulturellen, naturellen und damit auch der sozialen Verödung in der ostvorpommerschen Provinz neue positive Ansätze entgegenzustellen.
Wir möchten mittels Workshops, kultureller Veranstaltungen, wie z. B. Puppentheater, Malkurse, Musikunterricht, Workshops zu Natur- und Gartenführungen, Bildungs- und Spielangebote für Kinder und Jugendliche und kreative Arbeit für Erwachsene, Ausstellungen und Lesungen, als auch mit naturpädagogischen Veranstaltungen im Sinne der Bildung für Nachhaltige Entwicklung. Naturbau-Werkstätten und Gesundheits-Seminare das Leben auf dem Dorf erfrischen und einen neuen Lebensstil anregen.

The association Kunst und Natur e. V. was founded on June 29, 2012 at the Steinfruther Kulturhaus in
Ostvorpommern. It all started with the idea to reopen the Culture House in Steinfurth. Also we wanted to
connect the events of the house with cultural and nature events in the village of Steinfurth, so artist from the
region and people from the village came together and founded the nonprofit association. Currently we have
26 members, among them are artists, musicians, gardeners and an environmental educator. We have made
it our mission to counter the cultural, natural and also the social desolation in the province of Vorpommern
and add new positive approaches. For that, we would like to use workshops, cultural events, such as puppet
theater, painting classes, music lessons, garden tours, education and games for children
and young people and creative work for adults, exhibitions and readings, as well as with nature education
events in the sense of Education for Sustainable Development, Workshops for building with sustainable
resources and health seminars. We really want to refresh life in the village and stimulate a new lifestyle.
