The youth center MainHaus is an institution of open child and youth work and is supported by the city Marktheidenfeld. Target group: • Young people from 12 - 27 years (open to everyone) • Holiday programs and regular offers also for children between 6 and 12 years Main tasks of the house: • Development of attractive open leisure activities • Promotion of socially disadvantaged young people • as well as the integration of young people with a migration background. Key activities: • Integration work and promotion of intercultural exchange • casework • Youth Cultural Work • gender-specific work • new media • Supervision of sports and leisure activities Opening hours: • Tuesday: 4 - 9 pm • Wednesday - closed - open for groups and workshops • Thursday: 4 - 9 pm • Friday: 4 - 10 pm • Saturday: 2 - 8 pm Regular activities • Open meeting with regular opening hours - the young people can sign up and spend time in the youth center with friends, chilling, playing, talking ... • Wednesday: day for groups and workshops • Friday: cooking in the youth center • every 2nd Tuesday: open meeting of the organisation for people with disabilities • one Saturday / month: disco for people with disabilities • regular concerts by young bands from the region • Further offers are based on the needs and interests of the visitors.
