Opis organizacji

Asociatia Generatia Schimbarii – AGES is an organisation founded in the year 2016. The motto of the association is Nature resemles us education distinguishes us. The association proposed to itself to create a safe space for the development of resources, the development of programs and the implementation of project to promote and support the education of preschoolers, students, as well as other categories of people.
To reach this objective, Asociatia Generatia Schimbarii – AGES proposed the next specific objectives:
1. Promoting the ideology regarding knowledge, support, defens and respec of rights and human liberties in today’s society;
2. Promoting equity, social cohesion and active citizenship;
3. Improving the quality and efficiency of education and training;
4. The elaboration of educational and social programs for raising the standard of living of catogries of disadvantaged people: unemployed, young, women, elderly, disabled, etc.
5. The identification of solutions for the educational problems of children and young people in educational centers placement, schools, public instituions, as well as children and young people who did not have shelter;
6. Providing educaional support according to the ageand stage of development appropriate to childen and young people as a complementary education program;
7. Counseling, qualificationand support courssfor those who are at a standstill;
8. Organization and participiation indebates, seminars, symposia, workshops,conferences, congresses, exhibitions, competitions as well as other similar activities in the countryand abroad;
9. Encouraging European cooperation with the participaion of children and young people;
10. Editing newsletters and own materials in printed and electronic format;
11. Training activities, trainings, counseling, prsychoterapy, as well as any other activity in the conditions of the law.
The asociationis implicated in activities like:
1. .The realizaton of activities for young people (secondary school and high school and high school students) – through nonformal learning methods for the purpose of training and / or developing new skills – teamwork, volunteering, intercultural acceptante and tolerance, increasing the cohesion of the group, personal development, combating poverty and exclusion of all kinds, active citizenship and inclusion, promotion of opportunities development through participation in the Erasmus+ program;
2. Realization and promotion of activities for children and young people, with the purpose of promoting education at any age, using non-formal methods;
3. Conducting vocational training courses. The participants in our activities are: -children from primary classes – age 8 – 11 years – for wich we offer non-formal activities complementary to the school syllabus (related to the knowledge of children’s rights, notions of entrepeneurship and financial education, safety of work on the internet, teamwork, etc.)
- Pupils between the ages of 12-19 years from the schools, high schools and colleges within the scope of the association for wich we organize activities at their request, trough non-formal methods related to problems their age (highlighted by brainstorming sessions in different activities of AGES) – violence in and out of school, bullying, drug use, career identification, entrepeneurship, teamwork, interpersonal communication, etc. – NEETS young people who want to qualify the association obtaining national funding for the organization of qualification programs – children with special needs (most of the stundents at the Schools of Inclusive Education no. 2 Comanesti)
- For wich we organize activities aimed at integrating them into the community (common actions children with CES – volunteers, summer camps, etc.)
The association has concluded partnerships with schools, high schools and colleges from within the city and from neighboring localities to promote non-formal education as a complementary activity to formal education.
