Non- governmental organization “Neformalas izglitibas biedribaa Ezi” is association created in 2010
in Valmiera, Latvia. Shortly called “EZI” is creating platform to informal learning method - learning
by doing. We are working with students, young people, adults and educators through outdoor sports and experiential trainings, held at a Local,
National and International level. Our focus is informal learning and learning by doing . Organizing active outdoor events for youth and adults, providing experiential practice of self development in group context. Organization is developing stronger cooperation with local youth organizations in Valmiera to provide opportunities for youth and youth workers to develop leading and communication skills to implement them into development of social enterprise. Organization mainly is focusing on outdoor activities such as high rope circuit, climbing walls, hiking, cycling, skiing, outdoor team building tasks to create unusual learning environment to youngsters and adults.
