The LIPIK Community Service Center is a social care institution which through offering social service in the form of accommodation, residence, organized housing, counseling, and home help services. These services are provided to children without parents or without adequate parental care, children whose development has been compromised because of their own families, and the elderly and others who are in dire need of help from another person.
The capacity of the service is 70 children and young people aged 7 - 21, 70 users of counseling services, and 100 users of the home help service. The Center operates within the system of the Ministry of demography, family, youth, and social policy.
The institution has 21 employees, of which 12 are professionals: educators, social workers, psychologists, with 9 employees accounting and administrative staff and technical staff: cooks, laundry service, maids, janitors, and more.
The Lipik Community Service Center with its Lipik Headquarters has 3 locations of work:
- half-board in Poljana
- Organized housing with comprehensive support in Lipik
- Organized housing with occasional support in Lipik

As a Center, we provide social housing services with comprehensive and periodic support, half-day stays for local community children, counseling, and support services for families and children, and we will soon begin providing home assistance services for the elderly and disabled through the preparation and delivery of meals.
So of the activities we are most proud of are:
The first ESA - educational and sports activity in Lipik included 8 homes from part of Croatia (CPUZ Lipik, St. Ana Vinkovci Children's Home, CPUZ Happy Bricks House Slavonski Brod, Children's Home Vrbina Sisak, CPUZ Klasje Osijek, Children, and Youth Education Center Osijek, CPUZ Zagreb - Dugave and Karlovac Children and Youth Education Center) and was held under the auspices and with the support of the line Ministry of Demography, Family, Youth, and Social Policy. This year, we started with more intensive professional and educational activities within our institution aimed at strengthening professional support for workers from the social welfare system and related institutions and systems. This educational and sports activity in Lipik is a great success because we have linked the socialization of children, but also some kind of supervisory support for educators and workers who work with children. The activity was carried out with the support of the line Ministry and the Clinic for the Protection of Children and Youth of the City of Zagreb.

We organize many different events for children and adults one of them is traditional sports meetings of children - beneficiaries without parents and/or appropriate parental care, which were held on 26.02.2020. There were 6 homes/centers competing in volleyball in Vinkovci: CPUZ Lipik, CPUZ Klasje Osijek, Sv. Ana Vinkovci, CPUZ House of Happy Bricks Slavonski Brod, Children's Home Vrbina Sisak, and CPUZ Dawn of Koprivnica. This event has been held since 1999.
The next sports meetings are scheduled in Sisak in swimming at the end of March this year.
