Περιγραφή της οργάνωσης

MILCEM (Local Mission of the Centre of Martinique in the french islands of west indies) operates on the 4 cities of the central agglomeration (the CACEM) i.e. Fort de France, Schoelcher, Lamentin and Saint-Joseph . It supports more than 7,000 young people between the age of 16 and 25 who have left the school system, graduates or not graduates in demand of a solution. the important thing for MILCEM is to enable a successful integration for all young people by enriching its offer of cross-cutting action services related to both professional project, personal development as well as all other constraints of integration such as housing, social coverage, health, resources and mobility. Throughout their careers, young people benefit from individual or collective exchange time with proposals on the whole offer of services that is dynamic, constantly in line with the needs of young people. MILCEM is working on the dematerialization of its service offering by creating a digital antenna and setting up a civic service platform that have recently enriched its offer.
