Accem is a Spanish non-profit organization, statewide with more than 170
social action programs throughout the territory and specialized in the care and accompaniment of
refugees, migrants and in situation or risk of social exclusion. Our mission is the defense of
fundamental rights regardless of origin, sex, race, religion, opinions or group
Social. We are present in 12 Autonomous Communities, in addition to the cities of Ceuta and
Melilla, where we operate around five areas at the state level: Programs, Management and
Administration, Human Resources, International and Campaigns and Communication.
The development of our different direct care and reception programs is reflected in the high
volume of people served (more than 30,000 in 2018), covering five basic areas of
intervention: direct attention, reception, training, socio-labor insertion and participation of the
society through volunteering or building cooperation networks.

In Accem we believe that, for a correct insertion in society and personal development itself
