The Foundation “Antygrawitacja” was established in 2018 on the initiative of a group of people involved in all forms of activities of the new circus, open-air and stage theatre, dance, creative movement, fire theatre or circus pedagogy.

The aim of the Foundation is educational and cultural activities for the local community, especially in the field of supporting talent development, promotion and assistance in the career development of children and young people, including young people with fewer opportunities, as well as adult artists and performers, in the field of performance arts.

The Foundation is involved in the implementation of artistic and educational projects, mainly in Szczecin and Zachodniopomorskie Province.

The Foundation is also a co-founder of a nationwide organization Circus Pedagogy Network.

The main element of the daily activities of the Foundation is the Zodiac Circus project - it includes broadly understood workshop and educational activities based on circus pedagogy.
Zodiac Circus realizes above all:
1. regular extracurricular activities for children and youth from 3 to 18 years old.
2. winter and summer activities (semi-colonies and camps)
3. projects of individually adapted workshops (including those for adults, seniors or people with disabilities) in cooperation with schools and other institutions.
4. open-air circus animation forms in cooperation with other NGOs, schools and local government institutions.
Apart from the Zodiac Circus and projects related to circus pedagogy, the Foundation is involved in the processes of integration and development of young local artists of all performance arts (juggling, illusion, dance, music, fireshow, etc.).


A series of meetings of the Kuglar Critical Mass is being carried out, from September 2020 the Juggling and Acrobatic Club will be reopened as a meeting place for young people and an opportunity to exchange experiences.


Since 2019, within the framework of cooperation with StuThe Student Theatre from Greiswald, a 4-day workshops of the Gravity Force are organized (30 young people from Szczecin, Police, Poznan, Greiswald, Neubrandenburg and Paswelak train circus, theatre, clownade, pantomime, fire show). The next edition will take place at the turn of August and September 2020 in Czarnocin on the Szczecinski Lagoon.

In times of pandemic a new project was created - 1st Szczecin New Circus Festival ReCyrkLing ONLINE - 12 artists from Szczecin, Stargard, Police, Żółwia Błoć and Belgrade performed online. This spontaneous idea will be developed in the following years in the form of a real meeting and festival in the traditional form.

In 2018, the Antigravity Foundation, together with nearly 30 other organizations and individuals from all over the country, became the initiator and co-founder of the Circus Pedagogy Network Foundation - which aims, among other things, is to develop international cooperation in the exchange of experience and participation of young people, also with fewer opportunities.
