Creativi108 is a no profit organization based in the Bologna,Emilia Romagna Region (IT). Established since 2007, it has been committed and active at local and European level with inclusion and solidarity projects. It mainly uses social innovation tools to draft projects and generate impact for sustainable community change.
It develops research on new models of collaborative learning and sustainable "social business" in contrast to poverty. It promotes formal and non-formal education models for adults and young people, which takes into consideration effective respect for human rights for all. Inclusion and solidarity among peoples is the possibility of each community to freely self-determine its own well-being, in a peaceful and non-violent confrontation between different subjects.
The values ​​of Creativi108 are:
SOLIDARITY AND SOCIAL EQUALITY
The elimination of inequalities and poverty is a necessary condition for social development and is pursued through innovative projects, lively exchanges with international associations, communities and peaceful movements around the world.
NONVIOLENCE
Creativi108 believes in the strength of non-violence as a new way towards economic and social development and as an effective method of action to achieve real and shared changes.
COOPERATION AND SUSTAINABILITY
These are the two keywords of Creativi108's action strategy. Closely related to each other because it is part of the same process, which intertwines the development of projects aimed at the weaker groups useful for generating a profound sustainable change.
PREVALENT ACTIVITIES
Creation of communication campaigns; international Urban Games events for young people; mentoring and entrepreneurship training for women handmakers; web tv in collaboration with partners; events and training for integrated performing arts; research in the field of female entrepreneurship, training, coordination of Erasmus + projects for young people and adults.
Creativi108 and accredited with the University of Bologna and Modena since 2015 to welcome students in traineeship and training.
