The main activity of the Innovator Foundation is the construction of highly equipped shared workspaces to meet the needs of the local community in the fields of high technology, innovation, and research; maintaining and stimulating the technological and entrepreneurial culture in the regions of Bulgaria, the regional centers and the capital; stimulating the values ​​and development of the creative economy in Bulgaria and its regions; promoting, involving and supporting individual causes related to these goals. Providing paid consultations, research, and analysis, in accordance with the objectives of the foundation; preparation, publication, and distribution of materials related to achieving the goals of the foundation; organization of paid training, seminars, conferences, courses, and other public events, contributing to the achievement of the goals of the foundation; publishing activities related to the main goals of the foundation; providing technological and research bases for use; others.
Among the goals of the Foundation are: providing an environment, an opportunity for expression and the necessary technological and non-technological tools for members of local communities, for their activities and projects in the fields of technological and scientific experiments, entrepreneurship, innovation, arts, and others; organizing events, training, seminars, and others in order to acquire knowledge and skills related to the stages of prototyping, development, and presentation of new products, acquaintance with know-how and technological practices, as well as spreading a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation; investments in infrastructure, capacity, and equipment directly related to research and innovation activities; carrying out research, development and entrepreneurial activity in the field of technology and innovation; promoting good practices in education.
