Beschreibung der Einrichtung

We are a small, but versatile Demeter-Farm. On about 30 ha we produce bio-dynamic grown vegetables, fruits, beef, grain and wood. Our farm is cultivated in an operational cycle. Focussing on the nature around, we try to create habitats or try to maintain them.
Our Final goal is to save more CO2- equivalent than we produce on farm.
The distribution of our products is strictly regional and over 80% of our products we exploit directly from the Farm and on weekly markets in the cities around us.
We love to work as farmers and to teach about farming, specially, because we have such a beautiful and diverse cultural landscape here on the slopes of the Swabian Alb.
Waldorf pupils come to the Steinbachhof all year round to do their agricultural practical training. Our farm is the ideal place to learn how to produce natural food.
