Περιγραφή της οργάνωσης

The Geert Groote School 1 is a primary school based on the educational ideas of Rudolf Steiner. This is a unique world wide education concept. These schools are named 'Waldorfschools'. It is the education of the heart, head and hands.
Besides the regular curriculum of Maths, Science and Language, we also offer an additional cur-riculum with subjects that stimulate the creativity of our children like painting, drawing, modeling, theater etc. We work for a world of equality, inclusion and respect. For this we focus our interest on a holistic education in which children can respectfully experience nature and art in gen-eral and areas of knowledge in a holistic manner.
Teachers at a Waldorfschool, at our school, are almost artists in the way they work. They try to stimulate the children by using the curriculum to find their path in life.
The Geert Groote School 1 is a safe, inspiring and stimulating place where pupils and parents feel at home.
